Midwest Haybale Blinds were designed to get closer to deer in open areas. We wanted to be able to be in the middle of a field and not be seen. Seeing deer run out into a field and be just out of bow or gun range is frustrating. We've all been there. Haybale Blinds, like no other, can be set up today and hunted today. The real straw is the difference. You don't have to wait for the smell to go away or wait several days for the deer to get use to them. We use real straw, dried then sewn between two layers of netting. Our straw blankets will last up to one year and we offer replacement straw blankets. At 125Lbs(approx) our blinds are heavy enough not to blow away and light enough for two to move. All blinds are water proof. These blinds have the durability to transport on an open truck or trailer locally at up to 55mph with very little straw loss. The base width is 4'. This kit has complete instructions for assembly (approx. 1-2 hour construction time). Windows can be put anywhere, although we've given instruction as to where they should be. Be sure not to put too many and risk being silhouetted. The kit comes with a screen to cover the windows. We offer 3 different size Haybale Blinds. The original was a 5'x5'. Next we made a 5'x6' to accommodate two people. The 6'x6' was made for people who want to stand and stretch, and have more shooting room. Handicap blinds have a 36"x57" handicap accessible door, and has a 5'x6' base. The 6'x6' kit is our most popular seller. 

 

Kits include: Straw blanket w/ water proof material, metal frame, window netting, all hardware and instructions.

 

Customer supplies: 2 pieces of plywood (end panels) & 4-2x4" for floor frame (base). Approximate cost = $30.00

 

Tools Required for Assembly: circular saw, hammer, drill w/ Phillips head, ½, 3/32" drill bit, staple gun, staples, sharp knife, wire cutters and measuring tape.

Clean Windows			Keeping your windows and track clean are key to keeping them quiet. To do this, take an unopened bottle of water and add 1 tsp. of any unscented soap. Replace cap and shake. Use a knife or razor blade to make a slit in the cap.
Clean Windows			Use this like a squirt bottle to clean your track and windows. While squirting water move the window back and forth in the track to remove any dirt. Maintenance on anything you own is important, your stand and windows are the same.
Clean Windows			Using this cleaning system regularly will keep your windows very quiet throughout the entire hunting season.
