Deer & Turkey Ground Hunting Blinds
Midwest Haybale Blinds offers straw wraps for pop-up hunting blinds. The straw wrap will help your pop up blind look natural and produce a natural odor that will not alarm your game. The straw covering also conceals movement within the blind. Our pop-up blinds are portable, are quick and easy to set up and take down, and can be used effectively by both rifle hunters and bow hunters.
Midwest Haybale Blinds also offers in-ground boulder hunting blinds that can be permanently installed on private property. Our Boulder Blind measures 6 feet by 6 feet inside and offers a ceiling height of eighty inches.
Boulder Ground Blinds
The top or above ground section of the Boulder Blind is constructed of ½ “ OSB plywood covered with at least two inches of foam insulation which is sculpted to appear like a natural rock formation. A polyurethane coating is applied over the foam and covered with a lightweight concrete coating that provides a third layer of weather protection and gives the stand a natural appearance.
The base of our in-ground Boulder Blind is built from pre-formed plastic walls that are set on a concrete floor and caulked to keep out moisture. The stand comes complete with our silent tinted window kit package, carpet, shelves, lights, a chair, and a ladder. Our Boulder Blind is waterproof and stays cool and shady in the summer and warm and dry in winter.
